1. PROMOTER

1.1 The promoter is Natural Balance Food Limited, of 2nd Floor 45 Grosvenor Road, St Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 3AW

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who are registering on behalf of a workplace, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2.2 Workplaces must be located in the United Kingdom and capable of receiving parcel deliveries during normal business hours.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

3.1 The promotion runs from 2 January 00:01 AM to 16 January 2026 23:59 PM (the “Promotion Period”).

3.2 Registrations received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

4. How to Take Part

4.1 During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant should visit www.nakdofficedrop.com and complete the online registration form.

4.2 Participants will be asked to provide:

- Workplace name and address
- Workplace type and sector
- Approximate number of employees at the workplace
- Contact details of the person registering (name, email address, job title and telephone number)

4.3 Only fully completed registrations will be considered.

4.4 Multiple individuals from the same workplace may register; however, there is a limit of one product drop per workplace.

5. Selection and Allocation of Samples

5.1 This is not a prize draw or lottery and recipients will not be selected at random.

5.2 The Promoter has a total of 53,000 nakd bars available to distribute across all successful workplaces taking part in this promotion (the “Samples”).

5.3 The number of workplaces selected, and the quantity of Samples allocated to each workplace, will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.

5.4 Registrations will be reviewed and Sample recipients will be selected by the Promoter using a range of criteria, which may include (without limitation):

- Workplace size and approximate number of employees
- Workplace type, industry sector and environment
- Workplace location and distribution practicality
- Any other factors the Promoter considers relevant for campaign objectives

5.5 Meeting any or all of the criteria above does not guarantee that a workplace will receive Samples. Registration is an application only and is not a guarantee of receiving product. 

5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to:

-Prioritise or exclude certain types of workplaces or locations
-Limit the number of workplaces selected in any particular area
-Refuse any registration that is incomplete, ineligible or appears fraudulent or made in bad faith.

5.7 The Promoter’s decision regarding selection of workplaces and allocation of Samples is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Samples

6.1 Samples will consist of nakd bars in assorted flavours. The exact flavours, format and number of bars provided to each workplace will be determined by the Promoter.

6.2 Samples are for free distribution within the selected workplace only and are not for resale.

6.3 All usual product information, including ingredients and allergen information, will be provided on pack. It is the responsibility of the workplace and individual recipients to check this information and to ensure that anyone consuming the Samples is not allergic or intolerant to any ingredient.

7. Notification and Fulfilment

7.1 Selected workplaces will be contacted by email using the contact details provided at registration.

7.2 The Promoter may require confirmation of delivery details and permission from the workplace to receive the Samples. If this is not provided within 7 days of request, the Promoter reserves the right not to allocate Samples to that workplace.

7.3 Samples will be delivered to the workplace address provided during registration

7.4 The Promoter is not responsible for:

- Incorrect or incomplete contact or address details supplied by participants
-Any Samples that are lost, delayed, damaged or undeliverable due to postal or courier issues or workplace access restrictions.

8. General

8.1 No purchase is necessary to take part in this promotion

8.2 Registrations made via agents, third parties, bulk entries or automated systems will not be accepted.

8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, or to vary these terms and conditions, if circumstances make this unavoidable, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants.

8.4 By submitting a registration, the participant confirms that:

- They are authorised to act on behalf of the workplace for the purposes of this promotion, and
- The workplace has given permission for Samples to be delivered to the address supplied. 

8.5 The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Data Protection

9.1 The personal data of participants (and any workplace details provided) will be collected and processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this promotion, assessing and selecting successful recipients in accordance with these Terms, processing and managing sample orders, distributing Samples, and for related reporting and evaluation. The Promoter may appoint trusted third parties to help deliver these activities, including an external marketing agency (acting on the Promoter’s behalf) to administer the promotion, support the selection process and manage order processing and communications, and a fulfilment partner to pack and deliver Samples. All such third parties will only process personal data on the Promoter’s instructions and under appropriate processing measures.

9.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.eatnakd.com/privacy-policy

9.3 With the participant’s consent where required, the Promoter may also use the contact details provided to send marketing communications about nakd and related products. Participants can withdraw consent at any time by following the instructions in those communications.

10. Publicity and Feedback

10.1 Selected workplaces may be invited, but are not obliged, to provide feedback, testimonials, or photographs of the Samples in use at their workplace. Any such materials may be used by the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to separate agreement where necessary.

10.2 The Promoter will not publish any personally identifiable information about individual participants without their consent.

10.3 The Promoter may select certain workplaces for an optional sampling visit, during which the Promoter may distribute additional Samples or capture social content (including photography or video) featuring the workplace environment. Participation in any such visit is voluntary and will be subject to a separate agreement to ensure appropriate permissions are in place.
